Terms of Use for Malaysia Betting Platform

Welcome to Winbox 88. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the Winbox 88 online platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services. Please read this document carefully.

By registering an account on Winbox 88, you acknowledge and confirm that you meet all of the eligibility requirements above and that the information you provide is true, accurate, and current.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account at Winbox 88. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information, which must be accurate and truthful:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian identity card or passport
• A valid and active Malaysian phone number
• An active and accessible email address
• Exact date of birth
• A strong and unique password

Winbox 88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including copies of your identification card, bank statements, or any other documents deemed necessary. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Winbox 88 accepts deposits only through legitimate and recognised payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

The following payment methods are accepted at Winbox 88:

Winbox 88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, individual payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond Winbox 88's control.

Winbox 88 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account has completed the full KYC verification process
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50
• All wagering requirements for any received bonuses have been fully met
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit
• No ongoing investigations or security actions on the account in question

Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method. Generally, withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for e-wallets and FPX, and up to 24 hours for other banking methods.

Winbox 88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. Each bonus and promotion has its own specific terms that must be read and understood before acceptance.

General terms applicable to all bonuses and promotions at Winbox 88:

• Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes on the Winbox 88 platform and are not transferable.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per account, phone number, IP address, device, or household.
• Winbox 88 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time if there is evidence of misuse.
• Low-risk strategies (e.g., betting on both sides of a match to meet wagering requirements) may result in bonus forfeiture.
• All bets placed using bonus funds on football, live casino, slots, blackjack, e-sports, and table games will count towards the wagering requirements at the percentages stated in the promotion terms.

• If a match is postponed or cancelled before reaching the minimum required period, all bets will be voided and returned.

• Winbox 88 reserves the right to void bets accepted during technical disruptions that caused inaccurate odds to be displayed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip for each match.
• Match results used to settle bets are based on the official outcomes announced by the relevant sporting authority.

Winbox 88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of automation software, bots, or technical methods to manipulate games
• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Account closure requested by the member

Should an account be closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, Winbox 88 reserves the right to withhold all balances in that account without refund.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the Winbox 88 support team. All valid balances will be returned to the original payment method used for deposit, once all verification processes have been completed.

Winbox 88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on the Winbox 88 website.

You are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes relating to the Winbox 88 platform are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between both parties will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
